Register at no charge: Individuals and organizations may register for MedMetrics® at no charge. Registrants receive information about MedMetrics® benchmarking, data analysis, custom studies and information products by e-mail. Annual subscription and other services: Annual subscribers, upon agreement signature, submit their billing, bill review and/or claims level data and receive unlimited access to the MedMetrics® Defined Query Library. Custom queries, studies and projects are defined and agreed in writing. Individual analysis may, in select cases, be purchased by credit card on line. MedMetrics® provides suggested data dictionaries and will import and accept data in nearly any format accompanied by data layout description. Termination Policy: To terminate services, subscribers simply contact information@medmetrics.org. Requests to terminate services will be executed immediately and may result in loss of trended data as data collected prior to termination may not be available upon reinstatement. Indemnification: MedMetrics® is not responsible for the manner in which the results of MedMetrics® data analysis are used. Customers agree to indemnify and protect MedMetrics® from any action they or their associates, partners, customers or others may take based on MedMetrics® results.
